Irfon Watkins describes Coull as “eBay on steroids”. Essentially it’s an auction platform connecting a publisher’s video content with an advertiser’s advert. “We do one billion ad requests a day across mobile and desktops in 120 countries. We have 10 milliseconds to find an ad to fit that content.”
